Weekend Trips on the Swan
Enjoy a trip on the Swan this summer and experience an exciting weekend sailing around some of the islands of Shetland. Stop at remote anchorages or tie up for the night in local communities for the chance to hear music and stories from the area.
Where you go will depend on the weather, so you will be taken to join the Swan from her starting point and set sail for an adventure on this lovely 100 year old restored former fishing vessel. There are two shared cabins with 7 and 8 bunks and a big saloon with a large table for communal gatherings. You are encouraged to take part in all aspects of life onboard including meal times, sailing and rope handling.
Dates are as follows: 23-25 May / 25-27 July / 22-24 August / 12-14 September / 10-12 October
It is likely that a minimum number of 6 passengers are required. You are advised to bring your own sleeping bag and wellies.
The price is £295 for the 3 day trip which includes transfers from / to Sumburgh Airport, accommodation onboard, all meals and entertainment.
